Posted about by Siviwe Ngani

Startup Guide is heading to Johannesburg for the launch of its second book in South Africa.

Taking a deep dive into the local startup ecosystem, Startup Guide Johannesburg has packaged all this ever-evolving city has to offer: a vibrant tech community, diverse population, and bustling business landscape. We can’t wait to unveil our comprehensive exploration of the most inspiring and innovative figures the city has produced!

Startup Guide Johannesburg highlights the most exciting startups, founders, programs, investors and schools, from Homefarm, which promotes the cultivation of healthy plant-based foods through indoor gardening, to Tuta-Me, an edtech startup providing quality education across the country to people of all backgrounds. The book was made in collaboration with Tshimologong Precinct and supported by SAP and AWS. The official media partner for the book was Ventureburn.

Startup Guide Johannesburg will be launching at Tshimologong Precinct on Monday, September 9th at 6:30 PM. The event will include remarks from Startup Guide founder and CEO, Sissel Hansen; Tshimologong CEO, Lesley Donna Williams as well as the partners of the book.
