Tshimologong Precinct Reopens on 3rd June 2020

Following President Cyril Ramaphosa announcement to resume all economic activity on the 1st June 2020 under the national COVID-19 level 3 regulations – Tshimologong Precinct will reopen on Wednesday, 3rd June 2020 with limited access to the facilities.

What does access to Tshimologong Precinct under level 3 mean?

– Access to Tshimologong Precinct is limited to participants in active programmes, staff and members.

– All staff, programme participants and members are required to fill out Tshimologong Precinct Check-in form daily which acts as a Self-Declaration for entry on the Precinct. Access to the Precinct is subject to completing this check-in form.

– All staff, programme participants and members are required to wear masks

on the Tshimologong premises at all times. No mask no entry.

– All staff, programme participants and members should practice social distancing onsite by keeping a distance of 1.5 metres away from other people.

– Boardrooms may be booked under restricted access to the number of people making use of the space. 

 

Safety measure put in place by Tshimologong Precinct

– Staff, programme participants and members will be screened for symptoms daily upon entry and assistance to seek treatment will be provided to those at risk

– Arrangements have been made to maintain social distancing in work stations across the Precinct

– Sanitiser and hand wash are available at key points across the Precinct

– Surfaces will be sanitised regularly across the Precinct
