KTN, in partnership with Co-Creation Hub, iHub and Tshimologong Precinct, has curated a series of fireside chats aimed at discussing some of these challenges and hopefully, unearthing implementable solutions.
As an entry point to applying for membership and/or digital tech entrepreneurial support at Tshimologong Precinct, entrepreneurs and innovators are invited to a 2-day ‘Design Thinking’ workshop to unpack, clarify and polish your digital innovation concept / product / service / business.
Tshimologong Digital Innovation Precinct based Fak’ugesi African Digital Innovation Festival is looking for an experienced festival curator to work alongside the Fakugesi African Digital Innovation Festival team for an initial 8 month period. The festival curator will provide programme lead and ensure sound management of the overall festival activities.
Fakugesi African Digital Innovation Festival is rooted in showcasing and developing skills in technology, art and culture in Africa. Founded in 2014 as a collaboration between the Tshimologong Digital Innovation Precinct and the Wits School of Arts, Digital Arts Department, the festival takes as it starting point the idea that in order for innovation with technology to succeed, a strong connection needs to be made to African cultural practices and creative encounters.
