Incubation Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Incubation Manager to lead our incubation and acceleration programmes. This is a strategic role responsible for supporting startups and entrepreneurs in the digital technology and creative industries—helping them turn ideas into viable, scalable businesses. You will design, implement, and manage incubation initiatives, mentor entrepreneurs, coordinate training, and build impactful partnerships that strengthen Tshimologong’s innovation ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Postgraduate qualification (Honours or Master’s) in Management, Business, or Development Studies.
- Certifications in Project Management, Innovation, Lean Startup, or Design Thinking.
- Familiarity with university-based incubators, innovation hubs, or public–private partnerships.
- Experience with Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks and impact reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in business incubation, startup advisory, or enterprise development.
- Proven programme and project management experience (5+ years).
- Experience facilitating entrepreneurship or innovation training (3+ years).
- Strong stakeholder and partnership management experience (5+ years).
- Knowledge of entrepreneurship frameworks (Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas).
- Experience within the digital technology or creative industries ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage incubation and acceleration programmes aligned with Tshimologong’s strategic objectives.
- Support startups through mentorship, capacity building, and market access initiatives.
- Facilitate training sessions, bootcamps, and entrepreneurship workshops.
- Manage relationships with funders, corporates, mentors, and ecosystem partners.
- Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes, ensuring quality and impact reporting.
- Represent Tshimologong at local and international innovation and startup events.
- Drive operational and financial efficiency within the incubation portfolio.
